We ship 1-3 weeks (business days excludes weekends and holidays), we will try our best to ship next day but it is not guarantee. We have a flat rate of $9.00. We mail out via UPS or USPS. Once your order has been mailed out via UPS or USPS, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any issues with your package after it has been shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of Preciosa KIM Boutique. Please contact the USPS or UPS customer service team regarding your package for further information.
